We brunched here today and it was fantastic. Despite the Canberra cold, we sat outside and were quite comfortable - the heaters work very well, blankets are supplied and the plastic cafe blinds really do stop the wind.
Our waiter was very likeable, and pointed out the differences between the coffee for us, with me choosing caramel blend and the Mr choosing the chocolatey blend. Both were a good temperature and nice and strong, and it was interesting to try each other's to get some perspective.
I had the twice cooked potato which was very tasty - I found the leek to be the surprising standout! The Mr had the winter greens and was pleased with his dish too.
A very Melbourne-style brunch!
